How much will it cost to have my order delivered?
There will be no delivery charge for local delivery. For oversea, the postage or shipping rate can be calculated using SingPost website. If your location is not listed, please contact us on: +65 9699 1913 or firstname.lastname@example.org for your custom delivery charge.

We deliver to both local and internationally.
Can I cancel my order once placed?
Yes, you can cancel your order once placed and receive a full refund. However, if the items are already delivered, cancelling or returning the goods is not allowed.

When can I expect to receive my order?
You can expect to receive your order within 2-7 working days. Please note that we will need to wait 7 Days from dispatch before we can investigate the non-arrival of your order.
You will be informed when your item has been dispatched, and where possible will be provided with a tracking number for you to monitor the progress of the delivery.
Receiving a delivery:
Orders will need to be signed for in person. Please ensure the delivery address is an address where you will be at the time of delivery (home or work). If you are not present at the time of delivery, the courier company will leave a calling card and you will be able to reschedule your delivery with them for a more convenient time.
What do I do if my item is delivered damaged?
It is very important that you check your parcel before signing for it from our couriers. If the packaging is damaged then ensure you refuse delivery of your parcel and contact Inspirland on: +65 9699 1913 or email at: firstname.lastname@example.org.
What do I do if my item is damaged?
If an item is damaged during delivery, please contact Inspirland within 48 hours of your delivery to qualify for a refund. If the item is damaged in transit or is incorrectly supplied, we will collect and replace the item at no further cost.

Once we receive the goods back, we will inspect the goods before issuing a full refund.
